Sit down and let someone give the Adhan.
Stand up after the adhan and begin Khutbah by making the opening statements:

Innal hamdulillahi nahmaduhu wa nasta 'eenuhu wa nastaghfiruhu wa na 'uuzhu Billaahi min shuruuri anfusinaa wamin sayyi 'aati a'maalina. Mayyah dihillaahu falaa mudilla lahu wa mayyud lilhu falaa haadiya lah. Wa ash hadu al laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shariika lah, wa ash hadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhuu wa Rasuuluh.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. Ya Ay-yuhal-ladheena 'aamanut taqul-laaha, haqqa tuqaatihee wala tamu tun-na, il-la wa antum Muslimoon. Surah Al-Imran, Verse 102.

Ya Ay-yuhal-ladheena 'aamanut taqul-laaha, wa qooloo qawlan sadeedaa. Yuslih-lakum a'maalakum wa yaghfir lakum dhunoobakum, wamayyu-til-laaha wa rasoolahu, faqad faaza fawzan 'adheemaa. Surah Al-Ahzab, verses 70-71.
Transliteration: Amma Ba'ad
1. "They who are during their prayer humbly submissive." Al Quran (23:2)
2. "And they who turn away from ill speech." Al Quran (23:3)
3. "And they who are observant of zakah." Al Quran (23:4)
4. "And they who guard their private parts." Al Quran (23:5)
5. "And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive." Al Quran (23:8)
6. "And they who carefully maintain their prayers." Al Quran (23:9)
7. "Who spend [in the cause of Allah ] during ease and hardship..." Al Quran (3:134)
8. "...and who restrain anger..." Al Quran (3:134)
9. "...and who pardon the people..." Al Quran (3:134)
10. "And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins..." Al Quran (3:135)
11. "Allah will say, "This is the Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." For them are gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them, and they with Him. That is the great attainment." Al Quran (5:119)
12. "And those who feared their Rabb will be led to the garden in crowds, until, behold, they arrive there; its gates will be opened and its keepers will say "Peace be upon you! Well have you done! Enter here, to dwell therein". (Sad 39:73)
13. "...and those who obey Allah and His Messenger will be admitted to Gardens with rivers flowing underneath, to abide therein [forever] and that will be the supreme achievement".(An-Nisa 4:13)
14. Bukhaari reports from Usaamah ibn Zayd that the Prophet (saw) said, "I stood by the gate of Paradise and saw that the majority of those who entered were the poor and wretched. The rich [Muslims] were detained while the people of Hell were ordered to be taken to Hell".
15, 16, 17. "O people, spread the Salaam (greetings), feed the hungry, and pray while the people are asleep, you will enter Jannah in peace." (Sunan Ibn Majah)
18. Whoever raises two girls then I and he will enter Jannah like these two (Prophet indicated with his two fingers). (Jami` at-Tirmidhi)
19. Allah will prepare for him who goes to the mosque (every) morning and in the afternoon (for the congregational prayer) an honorable place in Paradise with good hospitality for (what he has done) every morning and afternoon goings. (Sahih al-Bukhari)
20. Ali (RA) relates that the Prophet (SAW) said "Whoever recites the Qur'an, memorizes it, accepts its halal (lawful things) as halal and haram (forbidden things) as haram (i.e. his beliefs in these matters are correct), Allah, the Exalted, will enter him to Paradise and accept his intercession on behalf of ten such persons of his family upon whom entry into Hell has become incumbent (i.e. Allah will forgive them because of his intercession)." (Tirmidhi, Fadailu'l-Quran, 13; Ibn Majah, Muqaddima, 17.)
Recite the following and prepare to end the first part of the Khutbah.

Aqulu qauli hada, wa astaghfirullaha li wa lakum walisairil muslimin, Fas taghfiruh, innahu huwal Ghafurur Rahim.
Sit down and pause for a moment, about 10 to 15 seconds.
Stand up and begin the second Khutbah.

Bismillahi, Wal Ahamdulillahi, Was-salatu was-salamu 'ala Rasulillah, sal-lal-lahu 'alyhi wa sallam
Recite the following and prepare to end the Khutbah and prepare for salah.

'Ibadallah. Innal-laha yamuru bil 'adli wal ihsani wa itae dhil qurba wa yanha 'anil fahshaa-e wal munkari wal baghi, ya 'ezukum la 'allakum tadakkarun. Udkurullahal 'azema yadh kurkum, wash kuruuhu yazid kum, was taghfiruhu yaghfir lakum, wattaquhu yaj'allakum min amri kum makhraja. Wa aqimis-salah.
